Message: It pains me to leave one star. I’ve been in here a ton of times before and NEVER have I been treated as I was this evening. Appalling actually.. Tonight, I had my first and last unpleasant experience here. I try to support small businesses as much as I can because I too own a small business. I went in to get a “D” clip key chain. Bob came in on the tail end of my conversation with the cashier. He asked again what I needed. I said a d clip key chain. I guess he didn’t hear the key chain part because he was all the way down the aisle by the time I said it. Then I see the d clip key chains at the key making kiosk. Bob come out from behind and shows me a d clip. I said no, a d clip for a key chain. He corrects me and says, you want a carabiner with an attitude. I already had four key chains in my hand.. My apologies if I didn’t have the correct terminology. I am sure there are plenty of ladies that come to action hardware that may or may not know the correct terminology. I hope they don’t get waited on by Bob.. I may be hard pressed to come in here for my next hardware need. Lowe’s is closest to my house, I went out of my way to support a small business. SMH.

Message: This place is awesome. Even though it's much smaller than the big box stores, they still have anything you would need for much cheaper than those places.. They can also fix and replace battery operated car keys and they dont gouge you. When they replaced my car key battery they only charged me the $5 for the battery.. Staff is really friendly and never makes you feel rushed.
