Message: Last year they installed a new window in my room. About a year later, the piece that holds up the window stopped working so I called them. A guy was immediately sent the next day. He told me that the piece had slipped and he needed a certain part and only a certain guy could do the job. That guy was supposed to call me to schedule an appointment. But he didn't call so I called them. That guy apparently had wisdom teeth surgery and was out until Monday but he'd definitely call me then. By Wednesday I called and left a message to find out why he hadn't called. Today I hear back only to find that that couldn't be bothered to call me but not only that, they don't have the part and now, without anyone else coming to look at my window, they've decided it's not the window that's faulty, it's the exterior of the window, which isn't on them. I then called back again and the woman who answered decided my being their customer was worth the effort so two guys came in and did fix the window. They then showed me what was wrong and what I needed to do when it breaks. While I'm happy with the result, that was a lot of effort.
